Recently, I updated my back patio decor, as it needed a bit of a refresh whilst on a budget. I am extremely fortunate that most of my back patio decor has been passed down from family members, which I’ve been able to re-purpose and make my own, or pieces such as throw pillows that I’ve had sitting in storage. As I was updating my back patio decor, I got thinking about some fun ideas for decorating a back patio. That all being said, this blog post will focus on ideas for back patio decor to inspire you in your patio decorating expedition.

Hosting Pointer: I will mention that when brainstorming your back patio decor, keep in mind that you’ll want to have a central gathering place for your guests. Whether that be a lounging area with a coffee table, a table, or both, be sure to place food, drinks, etc. at that central gathering place. People are more likely to gather where the food/drinks are and where the people are!
